NewsWest for Sunday 26th July 2020is the History of Amateur Radio Edition, with items of historical interest from the Amateur Radio Magazine of July 1950.  Without a computer or internet in sight, the magazine was produced every month. But it wasnt all smooth sailing as you’ll hear later.

There’s news from Alan VK4SN, contest manager for the Trans Tasman and Remembrance Day contests with information about both, and we’ve got Roy’s helpline, and an announcement from WA amateur Radio News about the RD Contest, which is only weeks away..

The team this week is Mike VK6KMS, Roy VK6XV, Jeff VK6FJLM and myself Bob VK6POP the NewsWest producer.
