20170305 - WIA quietly releases new (third) version of Proxy Form

The Wireless Institute of Australia have just released a new (third) version of their proxy form which must be used by members who wish to assign their voting rights to a person who is attending a meeting in order to cast their vote in accordance with the WIA Constitution.

In an unsurprising move the WIA have quietly removed the invalid announcement by the Company Secretary, Mr Jim Linton, a candidate in this election, that claimed that all proxy forms would be accepted. In addition the previously available form has also been removed.

A new form has been published which appears to meet all the corporate requirements.

The WIA has not made any comment about these changes.
