Post date: Dec 6, 2019 7:37:09 AM
20191208NewsWest for Sunday 8th December 2019 is the History of Amateur Radio edition and we have some interesting stories on the early days of Amateur Radio in Western Australia, including an account of the first QSO between the USA and VK6 on 160 metres.
There’s news from the Radio Amateur Society of Australia, and Ed DD5LP / VK2JI talks about his exploits with propagation between Europe and Australasia, even in this low portion of the sunspot cycle.
Roy brings us helpline, and I take another look over the Amateur Radio back fence, which has been a bit busy this week.
