Post date: Oct 25, 2019 8:16:10 AM

27 October 2019

This week's NewsWest is the contesting edition, and we’ll tell you about local and international contests coming up.

RASA and the WIA have collaborated on a survey on changing Foundation callsigns, a reminder about a generous offer from ALARA to help bring women into the hobby, there are comments about the 2x1 callsigns, a reminder about QRM Guru, and the VI3FLYNN special event callsign.

We also have the regular weekly spots of Roy’s Helpline, which meetings and local events are on, and Over the Back Fence.

So sit back and relax with your favourite beverage, or better still someone else’s beverage, and enjoy NewsWest.
